Matthijs (Marco) emigrated to California in 1985 from Amsterdam. He has been selling real estate since 1996 and he specializes in homes & estates in Santa Monica (90402) in an area known as North of Montana. Before going into real estate full time he studied architecture at UCLA and worked in property management becoming a leasing agent for several properties. He enjoys meeting and talking with the local residents North of Montana Ave and has a wealth of information about the local neighborhood, current home values, and local building and ordinance change.
